PRE-ORDERS
Items marked as Pre-Order are not available for immediate dispatch. Please allow approximately 2 weeks for production before your order is ready to be shipped.
The 2-week production timeframe is separate from the delivery timeframe. Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched using your selected shipping method and you will receive tracking information via email.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your full order may be dispatched together once all pre-order items are ready.
Production timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary. By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated production timeframe.

IMPORT DUTY EU
For orders shipped within the European Union, all parcels are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). This means there will be no additional import duties or VAT charged on delivery.
IMPORT DUTY US
Import duty (if applicable) will be applied at checkout.
NON EU & US IMPORT DUTY
Please note that customers outside of the EU and US will always be responsible for paying any import duties, VAT, or customs charges they may receive.
In the event that any orders are undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for payment of redelivery.
When importing items outside of the EU, orders may be subject to customs inspection. We always provide the correct paperwork; however, we cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.
RETURNS
We sincerely hope you are satisfied with your Bear Mount™ purchase. However, if you change your mind for any reason, you may request a return or refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, including where free shipping has been applied.
Please return items unworn and in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order.
There is no return address. All return and refund requests must be made by email first.
